What does the 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?
If you're not satisfied with your hardwood floor cleaning, we make it right. Your local Safe-Dry® team comes back to re-clean the areas you're not happy with. The goal is simple: you're happy with the result, or we keep working on it.
What's covered?
The result of the hardwood cleaning and protective coat we apply. If a floor we cleaned doesn't look the way it should, tell us within the guarantee window and we return to re-clean it at no charge.
What isn't covered?
Wood that's physically damaged can't be cleaned back to new, because that's damage to the material itself, not something sitting on top of it. That covers finish worn through to bare wood, deep scratches and gouges, black urine or water staining, cupped or warped boards, and delaminated engineered veneer. All of those need a refinisher or a carpenter, not a cleaner. Your technician tells you upfront during the walkthrough if they see any of it, so there are no surprises.
How much does hardwood floor cleaning cost?
It depends on the square footage and the condition of the floor, so there's no flat national price. Your technician inspects the area during the walkthrough and gives you a firm price in writing before any work begins. That price doesn't change once you approve it. How do I request a re-clean?

Is the cleaning safe for natural stone?
Yes. Natural stone like travertine and marble is acid-sensitive, so we use pH-appropriate solutions matched to the material instead of the acidic cleaners that etch and dull stone.
