Treads get worked individually, the nosing gets attention because it is the most worn part of any staircase in the house, and the rail and balusters stay dry. If you have wood stairs, say so when you book so the time is allowed for.
What Trim Damage We Cannot Undo
If a previous cleaning has already swollen the bottom edge of your baseboards or lifted the paint, that is done and it is a painter's job now. We will point it out so you know it was there before we arrived. The same goes for water-marked stair risers. Our part is to not add to it.
