What you frequently find on raised houses is batt insulation sagging away from the subfloor, which leaves an air gap doing precisely nothing. That gap is where the moisture problem lives.

With the underside handled, a raised bayfront floor cleans up beautifully. Salt haze, product film, and the fine grit that comes off a shell or gravel drive all lift out, and a water-based protective coat gives the surface something replaceable to wear. The process adds a metered amount of solution that is recovered in the same motion, which on any coastal floor is the only responsible way to do it.

Probably not. Lifting changes what is under the floor, and if the insulation and air barrier did not get done properly during the work, the floor is now managing a moisture difference it never had before. It is worth raising with whoever did the elevation.
Is there anything you can do for a floor that has already cupped?
We can clean it and it will look better. It will still be cupped. Boards that have set in that shape do not come back, and flattening them means sanding, which is a different trade and only works once the moisture cause is fixed.
Does the wind off the bay bring grit in as well as salt?
It does, especially where drives and paths are shell or crushed rock. That grit is angular and it is the part that scratches. A stiff mat at the top of the stairs catches a surprising amount of it.
