The Version Nobody Considers
Split it. Do the kitchen, the entry, and the hall in November so the parts everybody sees and uses are right for the season, then do the bedrooms and the formal rooms in January when the schedule is easier. The setup cost gets paid twice, which is the honest downside, and for a large Ovilla house with a lot of wood in it the arithmetic often still works. Worth asking about on the walk-through instead of assuming it is all or nothing.

Three or four weeks by the middle of October. It is the busiest stretch of our year by a wide margin and the good dates go early.
Can it be done the week of Thanksgiving?
It can and we would rather it were not. The maintenance coat wants twenty four hours before rugs and heavy furniture go back, and that is a tight thing to schedule around a house full of people.
Does the tree change the timing advice?
